About the Role
As Supply Chain & Innovation Controller, you will be at the crossroads of operational performance and future growth. In this role, you will partner closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing and Finance teams to bring financial clarity to key decisions, support performance steering and help shape the business cases behind tomorrow’s innovations.
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders to monitor costs, performance and key financial indicators.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across logistics, distribution and procurement-related activities.
- Build and challenge financial business cases for innovation and new product development projects.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, NPD, Sales and Operations to ensure alignment on project profitability and performance.
- Contribute to reporting improvements, process simplification and data quality through SAP and related tools.
Who we are looking for
- You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- You bring a minimum of 5-year experience in controlling, ideally in FMCG, manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- You are comfortable translating complex figures into clear business insights.
- You work easily across functions and know how to build strong partnerships with non-finance stakeholders.
- You are proficient in Excel and ERP tools; SAP and Power BI are a plus.
- You are fluent in English. French and/or Danish would be an asset.
