About the Role

We are looking for a Head of PMO & Graphic Chain to lead our project management organization and graphic chain activities across our European business. This is a key role at the crossroads of product innovation, industrialization, packaging, operations and business priorities.
The Prioritization of projects according to the Business expectations is a key part of the function.

In this role, you will own and develop the project development process for new products, renovations and selected strategic initiatives, ensuring that projects are prioritized, governed and delivered efficiently across brands, private label, factories, procurement and external partners. You will also lead the Graphic Chain process, with a strong focus on quality, speed, cost efficiency and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, structure and continuously improve the PMO and project development governance across Fine Biscuits Company.
  • Drive a clear project management culture with robust KPIs, decision-making routines, prioritization and escalation & cascading mechanisms.
  • Coordinate strategic and cross-functional projects, including Product Lifecycle Management, technical Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, regulatory evolutions and product industrialization topics.
  • Act as a strategic interface between New Product Development, The Fine Lab, factories and business stakeholders to turn ideas into scalable implementation.
  • Lead the Graphic Chain process across Delacre and Kelsen, ensuring quality, speed, cost control and continuous improvement.
  • Manage the related budgets, identify risks and opportunities, and support efficient resource allocation.
  • Lead and develop a team of direct and indirect reports across multiple locations.

Who we are looking for

  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management, product development, industrialization, packaging or operations.
  • Experience in FMCG, food, packaging, manufacturing or another complex product-led environment.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders in an international context.
  • Strong governance mindset, with the ability to bring structure, clarity and pragmatism to complex projects.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; French, Dutch or Danish would be an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, autonomy, initiative and the ability to challenge constructively.

Practical information
