About the Role
As our Transformation & Program manager, you will act as a strategic partner to the General Manager, driving key business initiatives and ensuring flawless execution across functions. You will translate strategic priorities into concrete programs, bring clarity to complex challenges and foster collaboration between teams to accelerate transformation and business excellence. You will report directly to the General manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end to end delivery of strategic programs and transformation projects across FBC Group, cooperating with C-levels executives and their teams
- Act as a sparring partner to the General Manager, ensuring alignment and follow-up on business priorities
- Provide dedicated quantitative insights to drive key company decisions
- Build bridges between departments to drive accountability, efficiency and collaboration
- Monitor progress on key initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact
- Facilitate key governance meetings and reviews, preparing insights and follow-ups as well as presentation materials
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Who we are looking for
- You have a masters degree in business, general management or related domains with at least +7 years of experience.
- You have a natural ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- You have strong analytical and organizational skills; able to bring structure in complexity.
- You are hands-on, proactive and comfortable in both strategic and operational discussions
- You are fluent in English. French is a plus.
