About the Role

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will become an important part of our Sales Support team, where the focus is on ensuring high-quality customer deliveries and providing professional support to both customers and internal stakeholders.


One of your key responsibilities will be to ensure accurate and market-compliant product labeling, ensuring that our products meet both customer requirements and applicable regulatory requirements in the markets where we operate.


You will report to the Sales Support Team Leader and become part of a dedicated team of nine employees. You will work closely with two colleagues who share similar responsibilities.

 

Main Responsibilities

As a Sales Support Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Reviewing, creating, and maintaining market-specific product labeling.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with our Regulatory Affairs department and external suppliers to ensure accurate labeling.
  • Reviewing and maintaining product master-data.
  • Ensuring high data quality and compliance with applicable requirements and procedures.
  • Supporting the Sales organization with various ad hoc tasks.

 

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented coordinator who thrives on creating transparency, ensuring high data quality, and coordinating tasks across functions. You work independently, take ownership of your responsibilities, and actively contribute to achieving team goals.

  • Can prioritize tasks and maintain an overview, even when managing multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Have strong IT skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Are fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
  • As a person, you are positive, service-minded, and collaborative, with a professional approach to your work. You value strong relationships and actively contribute to constructive cooperation with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.

 

Experience from a similar administrative, coordinating, or customer-facing role is considered an advantage.
