About the Role
Would you like to lead a strong team in a central role within the organization – and help ensure that Kelsen’s delicious cookies reach customers all over the world?
At Kelsen, we are looking for a coordinating and structured leader with a natural drive for customer satisfaction and result-oriented mindset who can combine business understanding, sales support, and team leadership in a key position.
You will report to the Sales Director, who is based in Bruxelles.
Main Responsibilities
You will lead a sales support team of 9 dedicated employees, each contributing valuable market and customer knowledge.
You will act as the natural link between the sales support team and the management team in Brussels, playing a central role in ensuring alignment across sales, production planning, shipping, quality, and customer support.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring a strong commercial mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
- Creating clear prioritization and structure in task allocation
- Ensuring adherence to agreed workflows and processes
- Facilitating weekly stand-up meetings and conducting 1:1 meetings
- Working systematically with process optimization and continuous improvement
- Supporting close and effective collaboration with Key Account Managers (KAMs) across locations
- Identifying, developing, and retaining competencies within the team
- Ensuring well-being, engagement, and a shared direction within the team
In addition, you will be responsible for your own markets/customers, including:
- Receiving and processing orders
- Initiating the creation of customer-specific products
- Coordinating closely with KAMs
- Collaborating with demand and supply planning
Who we are looking for
We imagine that you:
- Have solid experience in sales support and cross-functional collaboration
- Have leadership experience and thrive in a role with people management responsibility
- Are a clear communicator who builds trust and strong relationships
- Have experience from FMCG, preferably within the food industry
- Are fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken
- Are familiar with SAP or another ERP-system
