This strategic global role will have its main location in the Delacre’s head office in Brussels (Watermael-Boitsfort).
Main Responsibilities
Within the Marketing department, your role as Brand manager Delacre is to implement and execute the marketing plan of your brand portfolio – especially on core business assortment and seasonal campaigns - to contribute to the brand growth in respect of P&L targets in main markets, collaborating with cross functional teams, including local Ferrero distributors. You report to the Group brand manager.
Contribute to the development of the DELACRE core portfolio by implementing the brand strategy to the main markets (France, Belgium, Italy…):
- Develop, implement and evaluate the results of local marketing plans and promotional campaigns in the core market France, Belgium but also in the other international regions.
- Manage a team
- Work on new product concepts and product development
- Analyze the market trends and the performance KPIs
- Perform market research
- Innovate packaging together with external specialists
- Think about the long-term strategy of the brand, in respect of P&L targets.
- Follow up on local media and digital plan and initiatives
- Manage presentations to management and support to Trade convention
- Collaborate with the global marketing department, the trade marketing team and other internal stakeholders (like NPD, supply chain, finance) and external partners (like design agencies, activation agencies)
- Act as a project manager and monitor the objectives and budgets of all initiatives
Who we are looking for
- Master’s degree, with Marketing specification
- Between 5 to 7 years’ experience (including internship) in marketing in FMCG on an A-brand
- You never shy away from a challenge!
- Thanks to your experience in FMCG and brand marketing, you know how to keep the strategic/analytical, creative and operational activities of brand marketing in balance.
- As a project manager you tackle matters in an organized way, follow up closely and ensure reporting to the stakeholders involved.
- Working with tight deadlines encourages you to be even more proactive and motivates you in your problem-solving talent.
- Others describe you as positively minded with an analytical, flexible and autonomous mindset.
- Strong communicator and infectious enthusiast, you know how to work with various stakeholders.

- Fully fluent in English and French, Dutch is a plus
