About the Role
As a graduate at Fox’s Burton’s Company (FBC UK), you’ll gain hands-on experience across various departments, mentorship from industry leaders, and the chance to work on exciting projects within the IT function. With support and guidance from our Learning Team, Line Managers and working as part of an ambitious graduate cohort, you’ll gain valuable knowledge and skills in a company that has a rich heritage and a passion for crafting some of the UK's most beloved biscuits.

Join us on the IT graduate scheme where the successful candidates will initially complete a company induction as part of the 2026 FBC UK graduate cohort, before beginning the 12-month programme.
As part of the IT team, the IT Graduate will support our Finance and Commercial functions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in technology and data, who is equally motivated by understanding how systems and processes support day-to-day business operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their monthly and weekly processes, support system improvements, and contribute to the delivery of accurate and insightful reporting.
You will gain exposure to a range of tools and platforms including Excel, SAP, Oracle EPM and Power BI, developing both your technical capability and your ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Over the course of the year, the scope of the role will evolve in line with business needs and your development, offering broad exposure to financial systems, data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the definition and evolution of IT strategy and business processes
- Analyse business change requests and propose suitable solutions, leveraging existing technology portfolios where possible
- Assist in the coordination of budgets and manage trade-offs between competing requirements
- Deliver support to business users and IT colleagues, adhering to departmental SLAs and KPIs
- Independently analyse low and medium impact business incidents, proposing timely solutions
- Contribute to project delivery, including requirements gathering, specification, development, testing, and implementation
- Troubleshoot business issues related to incorrect or inaccurate master data
